Operational policy

Privacy Policy

How Tates Protest handles public browsing, submissions, Telegram delivery, payment links, and administrative access.

Last verified August 1, 2026

Section 01

Privacy by default

The public website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or behavioral profiling. Necessary server logs may be processed by the hosting provider for security and reliability.

Administrative authentication uses strictly necessary session cookies on protected administration routes.

Section 02

Contact and testimonial submissions

Submitted contact details, message text, category, consent choices, and timestamps are stored in private application storage for review.

When Telegram delivery is configured, the complete text is also delivered to a private Telegram chat used for submission review. Do not submit privileged communications, passwords, government identifiers, complete financial records, or illegal material.

Section 03

Contributions and payment providers

Fixed contribution links open a third-party payment page. Tates Protest does not receive or store card numbers or payment-account credentials on this website.

Crypto contributions are initiated in the donor's wallet. Public blockchain transactions and wallet addresses are visible on their respective networks.

Section 04

Update-interest forms

Email addresses submitted to update-interest forms are sent to the private Telegram chat and are not added to an automated marketing database by this website.

Payment-card details are entered only on the external provider's page and are governed by that provider's privacy practices.

Section 05

Infrastructure providers

  • Vercel hosts the website and processes ordinary request logs.
  • Vercel private storage holds administrative content and submission records.
  • Telegram delivers operator notifications.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile may process anti-abuse signals when a form is submitted.

Section 06

Retention and requests

Submissions are retained only as long as needed for review, documentation, security, or a lawful operational purpose. The operator may remove abusive or irrelevant submissions sooner.

Once a public contact channel is configured, requests for access, correction, or deletion may be sent through the Contact page under the Privacy category.
